Manning Park Resort

Manning Park Resort is located in E.C. Manning Provincial Park. The resort's winter season is from early December to early April.
Skiers and snowboarders have 34 trails with four lifts providing access to them. Nordic skiers have 30 km of groomed trails and 190 km of wilderness to explore. Other winter activities include telemarking and backcountry skiing, snowshoeing and outdoor skating.
Ski and snowboard lessons are available for all ability levels and the Kinderski program provides supervised fun time with some time spent "child-minding" and some outdoors for kids 3 to 6 years old.
Ski and snowboard rental equipment is available at the Alpine Area. Classic and Skate ski rentals as well as snowshoe and ice skate rentals are available from the Nordic Centre.
At the resort base area there are 41 lodge rooms, 20 cabins and four chalets to accommodate the vacationer.
Manning Park Resort is located about 40 miles east of Hope, B.C., on Hwy. #3. From Vancouver it is about a three hour drive. The closest border crossing is at Sumas, Wash., about two hours west.
